The Swatcom Active8 electronic ear pro is pretty damn snazzy. I am a fan of them. Been doing some work with them and I am happy at this moment with their performance. As always I have a pair of noise-fighters premium upgrade ear gels on them and that means they don't hurt my ears, like at all. You should definitely upgrade to noise-fighter gels if you have not yet done so! I've got my handy KAC SR-25 flask with me as well, you know when I need whiskey immediately.
