I love new technology, and the new ATN Thor 4 digital thermal optics are pretty cool. Specifically because they come in various types, the 1.5-5x and 1-10x are what caught my eye, but there are higher power variables available. One thing that really stood out is that they are now in 60fps. If you know anything about digital video and watching something either in real time or afterwards to see details it's hard to watch something under 60fps, especially if you are accustomed to it. Plus $2k for a 1.5-5x thermal optics is not that much given all the features. If I didn't already have a few optics on my bench to work through I would be all over this.
