A set of sights of I am starting to really like. Ameriglo makes a smaller, more visible (in green that glows as well as the dot) version of the CAP sights specifically for LE. I have a set of these on a 26 and my G19L, and I am a very happy with them. Specifically because at 25 yards it covers the X ring perfectly for a POA/POI hold and up close its just a giant box that has sharp corners so you know exactly where the bullet should go. I have used and reviewed its bigger brother the CAP sights (review here), finding that they are just too big to be accurate with. These however are .120 width and the CAP sights are .140. So not a lot of change, but definitely allows the sights to be more accurate at distance.
