Armamentresearch posted the below photo along with some description of the kit that was captured by IS in Syria recently. As you can see there is a suppressed AK12 with a ITW 336 optic (you won't see these CONUS much, if at all) and a bunch of other goodies.
You can see the med kit below the AK and clearly make out the Celox
products, specifically the Celox Rapid
and Celox Plunger
kit which I have posted about. Not very typical to see this type of setup and unfortunately a SOF soldier had to leave it behind.
