If you did not know, every year this week is National Police Week held in Washington, DC. If you have never been to this national remembrance event, I would highly recommend going. Even if you cannot get there during police week you should make it a point to get out to the National Law Enforcement Memorial. In 2015, 123 LEO's were killed in the line of duty.
