Many times you see a video of a police officer in a violent confrontation and after watching it you notice that the video was very close and very clear. Why do you think that is? That is because the person recording disregarded any moral or ethical urges to jump and help, fulfilling their responsibility to their community, but rather stood there and watched the officer try to control a violent criminal.
