I am never one for drama, especially gun-industry internet drama, but this is a perfect example of a person who is not following the simple gun safety rules and a good time to plug the rules so that everyone can benefit from his obvious mistake.
1. All Guns Are Always Loaded.
2. Never Let The Muzzle Cover Anything You Are Not Willing To Destroy.
3. Keep Your Finger Off The Trigger (And Out Of The Trigger Guard) Until Your Sights Are On
Target.
4. Be Sure Of Your Target.
ND's happen to everyone, especially if you are training higher level stuff. This was not an environment that should have manifested an ND but it did because of factors I would rather not speculate about.
