You may remember that I posted about picking up a set of Ameriglo's new Defoor Tritium Night Sights. I have shot them a few times on a G19 and have found the black on black of the front/rear sights to not contrast enough to get positive sight acquisition in bright sunlight or other adverse lighting conditions. I decided to put a little bit of Testors Yellow Paint on the front sight to get it to pop a little bit more. I used a little bit of Testors White Paint for a base. Testors Paint dries ultra fast and just to document what I tried I only did one coat of each before I went to the range and shot a 200 drill, put up a 156, forgot to take a picture but I will next time.
